Definitions |
| 1.1 |
Crimeline
means Crimeline Limited, registered company no 4564370. |
| 1.2 |
Delegate
means any person, organisation or body corporate who books
a course or who attends a course run by or in association
with Crimeline. |
| 1.3 |
Course means any training event, seminar, lecture, conference the
purpose of which is to provide legal training, whether
or not the course carries CPD or otherwise. |
| 1.4 |
The
booking of a course constitutes a legally binding contract. |

| 2. |
Cancellation
and alteration |
| 2.1 |
Crimeline reserves the right to alter the time and venue of any
course at its absolute discretion and without notice. |
| 2.2 |
The details of the speaker, venue and times are not terms of the
contract and In the event of alteration, no compensation
is payable for any loss or consequential howsoever caused
and whether reasonably incurred or not. |
| 2.3 |
Crimeline reserves the right to cancel any course at its absolute
discretion and without notice. In the event of cancellation
the course fee will be reimbursed to the delegate. In the
event of cancellation no compensation with be payable for
any loss or consequential loss howsoever caused and whether
reasonably incurred or not. |
| 2.4 |
Prices
may be subject to change. |
| 2.5 |
Delegates may cancel the course by providing written notice to be
received by Crimeline at least 10 working days prior the
course concerned. In the event of cancellation 25% of the
course fee is payable in accordance with paragraphs 3.1
and 3.2 of this agreement. |
| 2.6 |
In the event of cancellation not notified in accordance with paragraph
2.7 of this agreement then the full course fee become due
in accordance with paragraphs 3.1 and 3.2 of this agreement. |

| 3. |
Payment
terms |
| 3.1 |
The full fee payable for any course becomes due no later than the
date of the course. In the event of non payment interest
will accrue on any debt at the daily rate of 8% from the
date of the course until payment is received. |
| 3.2 |
Any costs, including legal costs incurred in pursuing such debt
will be contractual costs. |

| 4. |
Indemnity |
| 4.1 |
To
the extent permitted by law, neither Crimeline nor its
presenters will be liable by reason of breach of contract,
negligence or otherwise for any loss or consequential loss
occasioned to any person acting omitting to act or refraining
from acting in reliance upon the course material or presentation
of the course. |
| 4.2 |
For the purpose of the whole of this agreement loss or consequential
loss shall be deemed to include, but is not limited to,
any loss of profits or anticipated profits, damage to reputation
or goodwill, loss of business or anticipated business,
damages, costs, expenses incurred or payable to any third
party or any other indirect or consequential losses. |

Governing
Law |
| 5.1 |
This
contract is governed by the laws of England and Wales |
